Return Policy

 

 

  • Shelro ensures that you buy what excites you, and you wear what you love to wear. In case you receive an item that you are unhappy with, we are here to assist you, whether you would like to exchange or return it. However, for sanitary reasons Shelro has to make sure the returned items meet certain criteria. Please read our Return Policy first, and if your item(s) are eligible for a return, read the Return or Exchange an Item Steps section to complete the process.

  • NOTE: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please call us at +1-888-669-8505 or email us immediately at info@shelro.com, so that we can take care of the matter right away!

     


     

     

    RETURN POLICY & TERMS

    We will gladly exchange or refund items that you are not satisfied with, as long as they meet the following conditions:

    • Returning items must be postmarked 10 business days from the date your original order was placed. No refunds or exchanges will be processed after the 10-day time period.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, not tailored and in new condition.
    • All original tags must be attached to the garment.
    • Please Note: All sale items are final sale.
    • Shelro reserves all rights to inspect and qualify or disqualify eligibility of returns based upon the conditions above.
    • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and any shipping, handling and freight charges on all returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Any items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged en route back to Shelro are the sole responsibility of the client and/or the courier.
    • In the case of an exchange, Shelro will not charge any shipping costs on the new item(s). If the item(s) is no longer available, we will process a full refund if the item(s) is returned within the terms above.
    • While every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on Shelro's website, computer monitors display colors differently. As such, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s colour display will be completely accurate. 

 

Return or Exchange an Item Steps:

1. Email us at info@shelro.com with the following information:
  • First and last name
  • Telephone number
  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned/exchanged (style name, colour, and size)
  • Reason for return or exchange. In the case of an exchange, please provide the required style name/colour/size of the new item(s).
2.  A shipping address will be included in your return confirmation email.
3. Place your return/exchange in a secure shipping container via a trackable shipping method, and include your order number on the return label.
